EnerjiSA Enerji was established in 1996 to meet the energy needs of Sabancı Holding companies. In 2007, Sabancı Holding-Verbund partnership was established. In 2009, Başkent Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. won the tender. In 2012, he transferred his shares in Verbund Enerjisa to E.ON, and in 2013 E.ON and Sabancı Holding partnership started.
In 2013, Toroslar and Anadolu Yakası Electricity Distribution Inc. (AYEDAŞ) won the tender.
